Refund Policy for Taichi Class:

We want to make sure that our students are satisfied with their Taichi class experience, and we understand that sometimes situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Therefore, we have developed the following refund policy:

Cancellation of Taichi Class: If we cancel a Taichi class for any reason, students will receive a full refund of their tuition fees.

Withdrawal from Taichi Class: If a student decides to withdraw from the Taichi class before the start of the first class session, they will receive a full refund of their tuition fees.

Withdrawal from Taichi Class during the first week: If a student withdraws from the Taichi class during the first week of the session, they will receive a 50% refund of their tuition fees.

Withdrawal from Taichi Class after the first week: If a student withdraws from the Taichi class after the first week of the session, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, a student may request a refund of their tuition fees. In such cases, we will request the student to provide documentation of the medical emergency. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that refunds may take up to 2-4 weeks to process.

Refund Policy for Dunagiri Retreat:

60 or more days prior to check in date: a 25% retention charge would be levied and 75% of deposited amount would be credited towards a future group stay within 365 days of original check in date. No refunds shall be provided for cancellation of confirmed reservations. In case any refunds are permitted, they shall be credited to your bank account within 10-15 working days.
7-60 days prior to check in date: a 40% retention charge would be levied and 60% of deposited amount would be credited towards a future group stay within 365 days of original check in date. No refunds shall be provided for cancellation of confirmed reservations. In case any refunds are permitted, they shall be credited to your bank account within 10-15 working days.
0-6 days prior to check in date, no show: no refund or credit will be given. No refunds shall be provided for cancellation of confirmed reservations. In case any refunds are permitted, they shall be credited to your bank account within 10-15 working days.
There will be no refunds for no shows, early departure, late arrivals, or unused portions of accommodations.
